Return / Exchange Policy
We get it. Buying things online can be tough. New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically and/or at the Union Bear Brewpub through the merch booth at the host stand are eligible for exchange or refund within 30 days. All items must be very noticeably new, unworn, unused, and in the original purchased condition. The Union Bear merch team reserves the right to deny an exchange/return for any reason. We do not cover return shipping costs if you would like to return or exchange. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

Online International Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased online internationally are eligible for exchange only. The Union Bear merch team must be notified within 7 days of delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Union Bear for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.

Final Sale Policy
All items labeled 'on sale' are considered final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
